- LAComfy provides low-cost delivery to the following LA areas: Hollywood, West Hollywood, Pasadena, Glendale, North Hollywood, Burbank, Reseda, Van Nuys, Korea Town, Down Town LA, Marina Del Rey, Beverly Hills, Culver City and Santa Monica. Likewise, we provide low-cost delivery to any other town or area within Los Angeles, where each particular shipping cost will be agreed when discussing the distance to cover.
- Having placed your order you'll get an estimated delivery date, which can be rescheduled upon the further agreement reached between you and one of our managers. Standard in stock merchandise delivery takes between 5-7 days. Time frame delivery for out of stock merchandise will be calculated by our manager during your order processing. Any special service outside of the standard delivery provided may require additional (but reasonable) payment.
There are cases whenyou can either change your mind about the just ordered product or are forced to do that. Usually, this involvesthe cancellation routine, unless your order has been delivered (in such a case that will be a subject forour return & exchangepolicy). Like any regarded furniture store assuming a number of obligations, LAComfy has to take some measures to handle situations like these. So, there are more details on the issue below.
If you, for some reason, are forced to change your mind, you can cancel your order. However, please note the following: we will have to retain a 20% re-stocking fee of your total purchase price (but not less than $50) towards transaction charges no matter how much time has gone. This practice of retaining a cancellation fee is usually followed for two primary reasons:
1. We are not the only party involved; there are the manufacturers we usually deal with and our financial obligations to them.
2. All orders placed either online or over the phone begin immediate processing which means that we can change nothing in automated routine established.
You should also note that no special order is refundable, and there are no exceptions to the rule. The product rejected has to be returned flawless and in its original packaging.Please,also remember, cancellation is a bother for all the parties involved, that's why we do ask you to weigh everything carefully prior to making a decision.
1. Return or exchange of furniture is possible only in case there are manufacturing inconsistencies and defects.
2. Refund or exchange is possible only within 14 days after delivery of the purchase.
3. Assembled furniture is not accepted for return or exchange after its final assembly and installation. You must check all furniture before assembly
4. In case of return the total value of the goods is not refundable, however, “store credit” is provided. With its help you will be able to buy any new item in our store.
5. In case of exchange the buyer should provide all the original fixtures and original packaging which the product was delivered in and have a check that confirms the purchase.
6. Delivery fees and assembly fees are not refundable
